Scientific Name: Camponotus singularis
Camponotus singularis is a species of ant native to Asia. It is a large species, with workers reaching up to 18mm and queens up to 20mm. Typically, the head is red and the body is black or gray. Colonies of Camponotus singularis can be found in the upper and middle canopies of tropical rainforests. They are widely distributed, from Nepal to Borneo and Java.
