There is a knack to using it:
① Use with a dry face and hands. Do not apply directly to the skin; melt it with the warmth of your palm (it melts quickly), turn it into a liquid, then apply to your face and gently massage it all over your face in circular motions.
② To emulsify, add a small amount of water and massage in circular motions... When it turns white, emulsification is complete, then rinse.
