Silk Chirimen: Made from 100% silk, it offers a moist texture and elegant sheen, providing a luxurious feel in your hands.
Suitable for Both Celebrations and Condolences (Reversible Base): The base for placing the money envelope is reversible, featuring a vermilion side for celebrations and a green (Rikyu color) side for condolences. This single fukusa can be used for a wide range of occasions, from weddings to funerals.
With Claws and Fixing Cord: The base is equipped with a mechanism to secure the money envelope, preventing it from losing its shape when wrapped.

The fukusa itself is unused and has been stored long-term.
There is a name written as 片畑 (Kata-hata).
The fukusa body and the inner base are in very clean condition. However, the paulownia box and the inner wrapping paper show slight signs of age-related stains and discoloration (please refer to the images).
Despite the significant difference, the excellent condition of the fukusa demonstrates the high preservation capability of the paulownia box, a traditional wisdom.
There are no issues with its use.
