Shikishi Size: Height 24cm x Width 27cm
These were made by my mother when she used to do crafts. A scene from the Kyoto Aoi Festival is pasted onto a shikishi using kirie (paper cutting).
At my parents' home, they were displayed on the wall in frames as seasonal decorations for the entrance or rooms.
One of the shikishi has my mother's stamp on it. Please check photo 14.
