This is the first JIS-certified emergency car escape tool in Japan, obtained in 2020. It is designed for rapid escape and rescue from a vehicle. The sharp cutter can sever seatbelts, and the superhard hammer can break side windows with minimal force. Weighing only 60g, it is easy for anyone, including women, to use.

(1) When unable to exit the vehicle due to a rear-end collision: Accidents often occur due to driver inattention, such as using a mobile phone or navigation system, or watching TV while driving, leading to rear-end collisions. If you accidentally accelerate into another vehicle or object, and the doors become jammed, you can use this tool to break the window and escape.
(2) When the seatbelt locks automatically and prevents you from exiting the vehicle: Seatbelts can lock due to sudden impacts, such as forceful pulling or sudden braking. The seatbelt cutter can be used in such situations.
(3) When the car is submerged due to heavy rain and you cannot exit: Water submersion accidents are frequent during typhoons and torrential downpours. This tool can be used for quick escape from a sinking vehicle.
(4) When you enter an underpass without realizing it's flooded and the doors won't open: Entering a flooded underpass can cause the rear wheels to lift, making escape extremely difficult. Water will quickly fill the cabin. This tool can be used to break the window and escape before the car is fully submerged.
This tool can be used in the event of vehicle accidents or natural disasters as described above.
