We do not accept time specifications to prevent errors. Please set the time specification yourself after shipping.

? There is a shipping classification, and the weight includes the box.
Plums contain a lot of water and are constantly evaporating during shipping, so the net weight may be lighter upon arrival than when packed.

?As the temperature is rising, the plums may ripen further and turn yellow during shipping, or they may develop minor abrasions due to vibration.
Arrival will be the day after tomorrow for Aomori, Akita, Iwate, and Niigata (Sado), so there is a higher possibility of them ripening and turning yellow.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are in remote islands such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kagoshima, as it may take 3-5 days for delivery.

These are Kishu Nanko plums from Wakayama! (^^)

They were very popular last year, so we are selling them again this year, albeit in small quantities. (^^) ?
This year is a poor harvest, so the number of items available will be significantly reduced. (＞人＜;)

The production areas are Minabe Town and Tanabe City in Wakayama Prefecture.
The plums are hand-picked one by one and shipped on the same day they are harvested in the morning.

These are green plums to yellow-colored plums.
Recommended for juice, plum wine, etc. (^^)

For umeboshi (pickled plums), we recommend ripe, soft yellow plums that have fallen from the tree.
(If you prefer firmer umeboshi, you can also use green plums and ripen them for making umeboshi.)

◆Net Weight◆
3kg (including box) for 2L-3L size.
To deliver as many plums as possible, we will ship them in a 140g box with sufficient strength, rather than an excessively thick box. (^^)

We use only the minimum amount of pesticides necessary, as we do not want to use a large quantity.

For 1kg of green plums, use 1.8L of white liquor or similar, and 500g-1kg of rock sugar (to your preference ?)
