First Harvest!! Nagano Prefecture Natural Nemagaridake Bamboo Shoots.
These are very delicious bamboo shoots that can only be eaten during this season.
They can be enjoyed in various ways, such as bamboo shoot soup with mackerel, tempura, mixed rice, grilled, or simmered.
To deliver the freshest product possible, we harvest in the early morning and ship immediately after packing. (Harvested early morning on May 30th)
We will ship as quickly as possible, but delivery may take until the next day or later.
As these are natural products, please understand that there may be some soil or insect damage.
Due to moisture loss during transit, the weight upon arrival may be less than 900g. (Size will vary, and we will pack as many as fit without deforming the shipping box.)
These will be shipped at room temperature, so please order only after understanding and agreeing to this.
