Developed from Koshihikari, this rice has a strong, chewy, and sticky texture.
This rice is highly praised for its deliciousness at local farm stands and in stores where it is sold!

Polishing to no-wash or partially polished is not available.
From seedling cultivation to harvesting, drying, and storage, our family handles the entire process.
Please consume within 2 months of the polishing date.
Storage: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
As this is cultivated with reduced pesticide use, you may find some dark grains caused by stink bugs or weed seeds. Please understand that this is due to the minimal use of pesticides.
