This is safe rice cultivated using the unfertilized natural farming method, utilizing Earth's natural blessings (sunlight, rain, etc.) without any pesticides or fertilizers.
The producer is Hirofumi Ogata from Kumamoto Prefecture.
He states, We believe that adding fertilizer by human hands is not true nature.
This is Asahi/Kamenoo (official name: Kuminori), crossbred with the premise of unfertilized cultivation by Hirokazu Nakai, Doctor of Agriculture, Shizuoka University.
Known as Kamenoo in the East, Asahi in the West, this is a brand of rice with excellent taste, and these two are considered the origin of rice currently cultivated in Japan.
It was grown in fields with over 10 years of unfertilized and pesticide-free cultivation history.
Various creatures such as frogs, loaches, dragonflies, snails, and medaka inhabit Mr. Ogata's rice paddies, fostering the ecosystem.
As it is grown without pesticides or fertilizers, each grain of rice is full of vitality.
