Williamsburg
This appears to refer to the Colonial Williamsburg district and foundation in America.
To develop the town, a plan was implemented to manufacture and sell items inspired by or accurately replicated from their collected artifacts.
Many companies were licensed by Williamsburg to produce items, and Wedgwood was one of the companies that participated in this plan.
