Description

Clover
Rotary Cutter 28mm

Convenient for cutting small pieces of fabric for patchwork, Tsumami-zaiku (Japanese traditional craft), and more.
I bought this for detailed work, but I'm able to substitute it with a larger size, so I'm selling this one.
Personally, I recommend CLOVER over OLFA as it fits better in the hand.
