Antler Electrician's Knife - Sharpened
14.52 $
Description
Total length 20cm
I had it professionally sharpened hoping someone would use it.
The rust could not be completely removed.
I later learned that electrician's knives are intentionally finished so they are not excessively sharp, so I am unsure if the sharpening was done to that standard.
As of now, it can cut paper.
This is a vintage item from the Showa era, so it requires some force to extend.
Also, there is some play when extended, but other sellers' descriptions also mention looseness. I am unsure if this is normal or a defect.
It has a dignified appearance that comes with age.
It's a square-bladed type, resembling a sperm whale's head, full of retro charm.
If this is what you're looking for, please consider it.
It has a substantial weight.
