adidas Boston Bag - Sports, Travel, Bag - Stains Present

Description
Thank you for looking.
This was stored at my grandmother's house.
It appears to have never been used after purchase, but because it was stored in a dresser, there is something like red mold on the inside of the bag.
I tried wiping it several times, but it did not come off. Please check the photos.
As it was stored in a dresser for a long time, it has a slightly old smell.
