This is a 1,800ml (issho-bin) bottle of kokuto shochu Mankoi (満恋), produced by Yayoi Shochu Brewery on Amami Oshima.

It is unopened, but has been stored long-term at home by an amateur.

Alcohol Content: 30% (30% is said to have a stronger umami than 25%)
Flavor: Aged for over 3 years in oak barrels, it features a rich aroma reminiscent of whiskey or rum, and a refreshing aftertaste of brown sugar. It is recommended to drink it on the rocks or with soda (highball).
