Its name, Ox Edition, directly reflects the Chinese zodiac for 2021, the Year of the Ox.

Balanced with vanilla, mature oak & spice, and fresh berries, it is very rich with sherry and gradually developing dried fruit & citrus.
The finish is long with rich malt, biscuit, and orange peel.
