How to brew Amachazuru tea:
For small pots or kettles:
1. Add about 1 tablespoon of dried Amachazuru tea leaves and approximately 1 liter of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiling, simmer over low heat for about 7-8 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat. If using a pot, strain the leaves with a tea strainer.
4. Your Amachazuru tea is ready.
Amachazuru tea is caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it before bedtime with peace of mind.
Amachazuru is rich in a calming compound called saponin, and it is said to contain more types of saponin than Korean ginseng. It is beneficial for stress relief, etc.
It also has a slightly sweet taste, making it easy to drink, and we recommend continuing to drink it in small amounts daily for your health.
It's also easy to blend with other teas!
