This is a tea infuser from eva solo, a Danish kitchenware brand representing Nordic design, founded in 1913.
I received this as a souvenir, but please let me know if this information is incorrect.
I believe it can be used for black tea, as well as green tea and Chinese tea.
It has been stored away without being used.
I am listing it for sale to someone who can make good use of it.
