Description
These are carrot leaves, approximately 40g, grown on a mountain in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture.
We use only homemade rice husk charcoal and rice straw as fertilizer, with absolutely no pesticides. We water them only with spring water from the mountain, which is also drinkable.
Since cars cannot access the farm, there is no concern about exhaust fumes.
We humans also eat them regularly and feel energized.
These are dried from the harvest on 5/5.
