Gumma Prefecture Grown Orihime Plums - 3kg - For Pickling - Harvested Today

Thank you for viewing!

These plums are from Gunma Prefecture, boasting the largest production volume in Eastern Japan.

They are grown in the vast and naturally rich plum orchards of Haruna Plum Grove, the prefecture's leading production area.

The green plums we sell are characterized by their superior quality.

◇ Harvested on 5/19 from our own plum orchard.

◇ Size is smaller than a plastic bottle.

◇ Orihime plums are very popular with repeat customers, so we can only offer them to a limited number of people on a first-come, first-served basis. We want to deliver the freshest plums possible, so we would appreciate it if you could order early.

◇ The variety is Orihime, which is popular and ideal for making umeboshi (pickled plums). It results in delicious umeboshi with thin, soft skin!

◇ You can easily pickle them in Ziploc bags, without the need for special barrels or jars.

◇ Also, ripened plums, unlike green plums, become soft and develop minor scratches.
Please understand that they are more prone to damage due to the heat of the season and shaking during transport before purchasing.

[Notes]

◇ Although sorted, please understand that there may be some minor scratches or small twigs mixed in.
There are no scratches that affect quality, but as these are fresh produce, we ask for your understanding before purchasing.

◇ Delivery will primarily be via Mercari delivery service (at room temperature).
The shipping method may change from the setting at the time of listing depending on the time of purchase and the shipping day's circumstances.

◇ We will pack and ship fresh plums, but they may ripen further during transport due to rising temperatures.
We ask for your understanding before purchasing if you live far away.

◇ We are not responsible for any troubles during delivery, so please understand this in advance.

◇ Please leave a comment if you have any questions or would like to discuss pricing.
