This item is useful for those who purchased a big bore kit compatible with normal heads but cannot install it due to excessively high compression, or for adjustments after milling the cylinder and head surfaces. Since a 2mm thick gasket is not commercially available, we manufactured this item ourselves. It is laser-cut from CAD data.

After installation, please re-check the tightening torque and other specifications after a short period of riding and when the engine has warmed up.

For reference, the optimal compression ratio for an engine varies greatly depending on the individual unit. Misinterpreting information found online could lead to engine damage if you assemble it with what you believe is the correct compression ratio. For those performing a big bore for the first time, we recommend starting with the minimum compression (just enough for the engine to start with the starter) and gradually adjusting the compression while observing the results.
