Precautions
Remove dust, rust, oil, and paint from the bonding surfaces and ensure they are completely dry. *For uneven wood surfaces, plane them smooth. For metal surfaces, remove rust by sanding with sandpaper, etc. (1) Apply evenly to both bonding surfaces with a brush or roller. *Application amount guideline: 120-60 g/m2 per side. *For highly absorbent materials such as concrete or PC boards, apply a second coat or apply a larger amount. After application, align the parts in the correct position within the time indicated in the table above and press firmly with a hand roller or rubber hammer. *The bonded parts can be used immediately, but allow 24 hours for curing if high bond strength is required.
