For moss to grow healthily, the soil needs to be nutrient-poor (moss does not require nutrients), clean, granular to allow for good air and water circulation, and acidic, which moss prefers.

Hard Akadama Soil, Vermiculite, Rice Husk Charcoal, Peat Moss

? Hard Akadama Soil: This is a hard, base soil made from Akadama soil that has been sterilized at high temperatures and rounded using special technology, resulting in minimal loss of shape. We use a fine-grained soil made in Japan, which is not typically found in home centers.

? Vermiculite: This soil is derived from minerals and has a layered structure of thin sheets, creating many gaps and pores. This allows it to retain adequate moisture while also providing excellent drainage.

? Rice Husk Charcoal: Made from domestic rice husks carbonized in a low-oxygen environment, it adsorbs accumulated waste products and ammonia.

? Peat Moss: This is made from peat, formed by the accumulation of plants like sphagnum moss, which is then dried and finely crushed. It is an acidic soil.
