HSA-3000 Protein Skimmer

This is an external protein skimmer, model HSA-3000, which is no longer manufactured.
It is a downdraft skimmer equipped with two Beckett heads.
It is effective for Berlin system coral tanks.
Purchased in 2007 from the marine fish shop KUKI (now closed).

●Condition:
Used from around Spring 2007 to the present for a 180x90x60cm aquarium.

Although cleaned, some dirt remains inside the pipes and in areas difficult to reach with a brush.
There may be other unseen dirt.

?The two Beckett heads and impellers (?) inside the injectors have slightly different shapes (Photos 7, 8, 9).
I recall one of them being replaced later.
Despite the different shapes, it produced bubbles normally.
These are consumables, and although HSA products are no longer manufactured, they appear to be produced and sold via 3D printing at the marine fish shop Natural (Photos 13, 14).

?The sponge filter inside the auto-waterer has been washed, but the color has not come off.
It will be included as is, but it is likely replaceable with another item, so please replace it yourself.

?Over 10 years ago, I dropped the foam cup, and the top of the cup and the lid were broken.
It was repaired with adhesive and has been used without issue since then.

?Only the KUKI manual was included, and it is not very detailed. However, if you have some understanding of protein skimmers, it should be sufficient.

The recommended pump, a Reef Octopus XP-2000, was used.

Another protein skimmer, HSA-1000, is also listed.
