Collected from the Pacific coast, it has been carefully treated to remove tannins and sun-dried.

After collection, dirt is removed with running water and brushed thoroughly.

Tannin removal with baking soda solution (approx. 1 week)
↓
Tannin removal with fresh water (approx. 1 week)
↓
Sun-drying (approx. 1 week)

*As this is processed by an amateur, there may be remaining dirt or tannins.
