Actual item
Main blooming period is around March to April.
Southern Cross is a somewhat medium-sized variety with a plant height of about 40-50 cm, characterized by its strap-like leaves.
As it is a small bulbous plant, the bulbs are considerably smaller than those of summer-blooming gladioli, but this is a bulb that bloomed this season.
The size of the bulb that bloomed this season is shown in the 4th photo.
Like other spring-blooming gladioli, it tends to be somewhat weak against cold, but it can be grown outdoors in plains areas south of the Kanto region.
Cold resistance: -5°C
We plant them in mid-October in our area.
★As this is a living organism, we refrain from shipping to Okinawa Prefecture and other remote islands.
Our listings for the same plant have the same weight, so there is no significant difference.
We also accept combined shipping, but since the shipping cost for the 4th class mail is determined by weight, please contact us via comment first.
[Shipping Method]
We will ship via 4th class mail (no date/time specified, no guarantee) with slits in the envelope so the contents are visible.
(Simple packaging)
Shipping is only in the morning on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
It may take some time after purchase.
