Cultivation Method: We are committed to natural farming methods, using mineral-rich oyster shell lime, rice hulls, and kuntan (charred rice hulls) as well as fallen leaves in our fields.

We also exclusively use cottonseed meal as fertilizer.
No cow manure is used.
Please feel safe using these onions raw in sliced salads.

We hand-weed each plant individually. These onions are grown in fields where chemical agents such as herbicides and fungicides have not been used for over 10 years.
For this reason, our prices may be slightly higher than those of other producers.

While we visually inspect them, as they are grown outdoors without the use of chemical agents, there is a possibility of minor blemishes.
