■We are sharing our harvest again this year,
which has been very popular every year.
●After the rice paddies in the mountains were left fallow,
Hachiku bamboo roots invaded,
and after more than several decades, they have completely transformed into a bamboo forest.
■We share some with our neighbors and for our own use,
and we are listing the surplus.
■Unlike Moso bamboo shoots,
Hachiku and Madake bamboo shoots can be eaten deliciously
without needing to remove the bitterness.
