These were grown from bulbs planted in my garden, and they have multiplied so much that I am now selling them.
They are grown naturally without pesticides or fertilizers.
They grew quite large this year.
You can harvest them in spring and autumn. If you plant them in a corner of your garden or in a planter, they will multiply vigorously through division. Depending on the temperature, they should start sprouting around the end of summer.
It's very convenient to have them growing in your garden for when you need a little bit. They are great for garnishes, can be used in vinegared dishes, and the roots are also delicious fried tempura-style.
