This is a ceremonial rice variety used in the Reiwa Grand Thanksgiving Ceremony. The Tochigi no Hoshi variety is characterized by its large grains, juiciness, and rich sweetness.
The grains remain firm even after cooking, so it can be enjoyed deliciously even when cold.
Perfect for rice planting experiences at home, school, or kindergarten.
Please try growing it with care while observing its growth in a bucket. Rice ears will mature in September.
The roots will be kept moist and shipped via Nekoposu (a Japanese delivery service).
As this is a plant, it is growing daily.
