It is likely the same species as Cryptocoryne 'Flamingo', but this variety tends to be a bit more whitish.
As the outer leaves mature, they turn brownish, so it's interesting to plant it where the new shoots are visible.
Since there are few pink aquatic plants, it's quite eye-catching.
