This is a DCM brand hammer drill.
It is compatible with AC100V and is ideal for DIY work.
I purchased it on a flea market and used it once. It would normally come with an instruction manual, but only the main unit, grip, chuck, and box will be handed over; the instruction manual is not included.
Regarding the condition, there are some dirt and scuffs from normal use, but no damage such as chips or dents.
