Hobonichi Techo Cover Original mina perhonen sometimes lucky

This is a Hobonichi Techo cover (A6 / Original size) featuring mina perhonen's textile sometimes lucky.

This is a 2015 Hobonichi Techo cover.

The design, typical of mina perhonen, features clover embroidery on linen fabric.

I purchased it previously from the official Hobonichi Techo website.
I used it without a cover-on-cover, so there is some sign of use, such as slight fading of the fabric. I switched covers every year, so it was used for one year.

There is some corner scuffing due to use, but I don't think it's very noticeable.

It has been stored at home for a long time, and due to aging, there are cracks and peeling on the pen holder and the inner synthetic leather. I have included photos of everything I can confirm, so please check them.
The pen holder part is particularly fragile and is prone to cracking and peeling. I wiped it with a cloth before taking photos, and cracks appeared during that process.

After taking the photos, I have placed it in an OPP bag as shown in the 17th photo, but the cracks may worsen or peel off during shipping. Please understand.

I would like to sell this to someone who understands that it is a used item, has been stored at home, and is aware of the condition of the techo cover.
