Nakamura Copperware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Tamagoyaki Pan 18x18cm

This is a tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) pan from Nakamura Copperware Manufacturing.
It was purchased as unused, and has been seasoned with oil to prepare it for use, so it is ready to go.
Includes instruction manual.

Copper, with its high thermal conductivity, distributes heat evenly to ingredients. The thick copper plate enhances heat retention, resulting in fluffy and moist tamagoyaki. It also allows you to cook meats and vegetables using residual heat, preserving their delicious flavors.
Therefore, not only is it perfect for making delicious tamagoyaki, but it can also be used as a frying pan for stir-fries and sautés in your daily cooking. By using it regularly, the oil will become familiar with the pan, making it less likely to burn and easier to use.
We recommend using the 18x18cm square pan for 4-6 eggs. Over time, well-used copper will develop a beautiful, glossy caramel-colored sheen.
The joy of creating elevated dishes with everyday ingredients, combined with the pleasure of using a well-loved tool, will make this an indispensable, lifelong piece of cookware.
