This is a KNIPEX Electronic Super Knips? XL 78 61 140.
I purchased it new today and performed a test cut, but it was not powerful enough for my intended use (what I need to cut), so I am selling it.
As a result of the test cut, one of the blades (the one that protrudes according to the original product specifications) became slightly bent.

The cutting performance after the bend is still able to cleanly cut through tissue paper, as shown in the third image.
