This is a vintage paperweight from the Finnish glass brand iittala.
The design is by Valto Kokko, a leading Finnish designer.

As the name Lotusatu (fairy tale) suggests, scenes of forest cabins and trees are delicately depicted inside the glass.
This is a rare item with a limited distribution, featuring the VALMET PANSIO WORKS stamp, indicating it was a corporate novelty.
The beautiful light reflection unique to thick clear glass makes it also recommended as an object or collectible.
