Showa Retro Suntory Sideboard, Double Door Cabinet, Vintage Antique Furniture

Showa Retro Suntory Sideboard, Double Doors, Cabinet, Fixture, Vintage, Antique Furniture
Product Description
[Product Overview]
This is an extremely rare Showa retro wooden sideboard (cabinet) engraved with the logo of SUNTORY, a brand symbolizing Japan's whisky culture.
This piece was likely used during the past Western liquor boom to display fine spirits in pubs, bars, or the reception rooms of discerning homes. It possesses a solid, substantial feel and a deep, lustrous wood grain polished by time, which are not found in modern mass-produced furniture, adding immense depth to any space.
[Design and Customization Enjoyment]
The storage space behind the double doors is intentionally designed without glass, making it ideal for display storage where you can directly showcase your favorite bottles, large magazines, or art pieces.
While some decorative elements are missing from the door handles, this is also part of the long history this furniture has experienced. You can enjoy it as is for its vintage charm, or we highly recommend it as a base for customization into a one-of-a-kind cabinet by replacing the handles with your preferred antique ones.
