Kitchen Knife Deba Sakai Kikumori Refurbished 6260
17.82 $
Description
Deba knife, blade length 15.4cm, weight 205g. The spine is approximately 5.0mm thick near the heel. It is a Sakai Kikutora brand, specifically from Sakai Kikutora Honpo Murata Hamono. The inscription 不錆鋼 (rust-resistant steel) on the back indicates it is full stainless steel. This is a surprisingly hard material. As expected, the diagonal lines characteristic of new blades are still present on the front. There were some minor rust marks on the back, likely due to poor storage, which have been polished out and are now mostly gone and clean. The handle has been replaced with a new one, so it should be usable for a long time to come. It has been thoroughly sharpened, honed, and polished.
