Domestic White Tochi, Superb Ripple Grain!
A superb white wood categorized as a precious wood.
Abundant ripple grain all over!!

This is a superb single-slab low table made from White Tochi, crafted with the innocence furniture making technique, designed to last for over 100 years, transcending generations.
A blend of Japanese and Western material choices!!
Its silky soft white color naturally complements any setting.

This piece has received meticulous attention!
While we usually use woodworking machinery, this time, with the exception of cutting and sawing the parts and sanding, we focused on handmade and hand-processed techniques, meticulously adhering to the origins of innocence furniture creation!!!

The materials are, of course, certified!
The Tochi for the tabletop was seasoned and dried for 5 years, then dried in an infrared dryer, followed by high-frequency pressing. It was then planed and seasoned again, and finally flattened with the dedicated hand planes of our Ki-chi-mu artisans.
It may seem old-fashioned, but we cherished and loved the material, carefully carving it with hand chisels and hand planes.

As the capricious spring rain refreshingly wet the ground, the crisp shupa! shupa! sound of hand planes sharpened on natural whetstones echoed clearly in the workshop.

The apron and legs are made from the same White Tochi wood.
Expertly joined with proud mortise and tenon joints for a sleek finish!
Of course, this is all hand-carved with hand chisels, without the use of machinery.
The legs are bent naturally.
A design that will not bore even after 100 years as an antique, with a highly precise finish.
It is exceptionally sturdy and honestly crafted.

Perfectly sized for dining, as a bedside table in the bedroom, or as a center table in front of the sofa.
The warm color and the gorgeous live edge subtly assert a sense of luxury.
The abundant ripple grain all over creates a luxurious feeling.

Finally, it was carefully sanded with #400 grit sandpaper and finished with a naturally derived oil.

This innocence material low table, packed with Ki-chi-mu's furniture techniques, is offered at an affordable price.
It is, of course, a one-of-a-kind piece, and the time to purchase is when you fall in love at first sight.
