Horsehair sieve, Kiya, 7-sun (21cm diameter), new and unused, with color transfer
27.72 $
Description
This is a fine and supple sieve made with a bent cypress frame and horsehair. Unlike metal sieves, ingredients pass through smoothly, and it is said to pair well with wooden spatulas. This is a convenient seven-inch size. It has been stored unused since purchase, but as shown in image 9, the ink from the wrapping paper has transferred to the wood. This should not affect its use, and it is therefore offered at a lower price.
