These pliers are for attaching and detaching snap rings and can be used for both shaft and hole applications with interchangeable heads.
By swapping the attachments, you can create 6 different combinations, allowing you to handle a variety of snap rings.

Used only a few times, with no damage or missing parts.

The Φ1.2mm attachment has been slightly ground down to reduce interference with parts (see photo).
