Houttuynia Cordata Tincture (Leaves and Flower Buds)

Self-cultivated in the rich natural fields of the Boso Peninsula, Chiba Prefecture?! Made with fresh dokudami (Houttuynia cordata) grown with a bit of a laugh! This is dokudami tincture. ^ ^

Two years ago, I went out of my way to order dokudami seedlings (not special seedlings, but they were given to me by someone who makes dokudami tincture every year) and planted them in my own field. Since around last year, I've been growing some truly wonderful dokudami. ?

This dokudami tincture is made with fresh, tender dokudami leaves and flower buds (they are about to bloom) harvested today, May 6, 2026. The field soil has been pesticide-free, chemical-fertilizer-free, and additive-free for 5 years. This is the first harvest of the year! ^ ^ I used vodka for the alcohol. Dokudami leaves have a distinctive smell, but when I bottled it, it had a pleasant, floral aroma.

Since it's freshly made, you can decide when to use it. (Please research and use it according to your intended purpose.) This is a homemade product, so please only purchase if you understand this.

*This product is not a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, alcoholic beverage, or food. It is sold as a miscellaneous item.

How about this for those looking for dokudami grown properly in a wonderful natural environment? ^ ^
