This is a press turner from Kai Corporation's Kai Select100 series.
This turner is not only useful for flipping ingredients but also for pressing down ingredients that tend to shrink and curl, such as meat and fish. Its shape is designed for both flipping and pressing.
Made of stainless steel.
I received this as a gift and used it 2-3 times, but it didn't work well with my home's frying pan and scratched the non-stick coating, so I'm selling it.
It would probably work fine with an iron pan!
