Hachette Disney Dollhouse Issue 120 Completed Product Description - Please Read

- Assembly was extremely difficult.
Detailed design, large dollhouse, junk.
- Includes Donald Duck plush toy.
- Total cost: 240,000 yen.
- Condition: Poorly assembled, damaged, wrinkled. 3 windows do not open, skylight installed incorrectly. Entrance door does not open. Exterior walls and windows look clean.
- Photo 1: For display purposes, it should be fine.
- Very heavy!
- Materials: Plastic, plywood.
- Size: Large, 75cm wide, 80cm high, 44cm deep.
- Features: Detailed design, multiple windows, room doors (openable), entrance approach.
- Has been displayed for several years, so the roof is faded. See Photo 2.
- Selling because I may not be able to afford car inspection fees in June.
- I did my best to build it as an amateur.

- Total cost was 240,000 yen.
- 3 windows and the entrance door do not open. It's best not to touch the windows as they break easily.
- Wallpaper is applied incorrectly and is wrinkled. Some roof decorations are missing.
- The base was difficult to assemble, so the structure is unstable. Be careful when attaching/detaching the entrance frame. The base frame was supposed to be screwed from the inside with a hex wrench, but it was tightened in a way that was impossible for an amateur, so I used adhesive, which resulted in wobbling. Wrapping it with thick brown vinyl tape might help. It's weak, so when holding or moving it, do not hold the outer frame; you must hold the bottom of the dollhouse. For shipping, the vinyl tape will leave marks, so it will be wrapped thoroughly with masking tape.
- The base and essentially everything else are attached with double-sided tape or adhesive. If it peels due to deterioration, please use adhesive.
- The battery box does not fit all the way in. Once pulled out, it won't go back in (Photo 1, bottom left rear protruding part, only the brown frame won't fit).
- An incredible amount of figure decorations.
- I wanted to attach all the decorations, but I couldn't fit them all, so I used fewer.
- The lamp in the Aristocats room and the Donald Duck room are broken and do not light up. The lamp in the Peter Pan room and the fireplace in the Beauty and the Beast room do light up. Other rooms have chandeliers.
- All figures are included. Tigger and Eeyore were not included from the beginning.
- Instruction booklets are included, but some are missing. Binder is not included.
- Figures will be packaged, but due to the overwhelming amount of small items, they will only be bagged. If any parts come unglued, the buyer will need to repair them.
- This is a very delicate item, so shipping via Suguoka-bin will take time (Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands are not available). If you can come to Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the shipping fee will be refunded locally.
