Orb Tech Acid Cleaner HALT Rust Remover & Rust Inhibitor Cleaner 500ml Overview

Features
● Removes oil stains and concrete debris. Simply spray HALT directly onto the surface and wipe away with a cloth or sponge.
● For stubborn stains, apply evenly with a brush or soak for a few minutes, then scrub with a spatula or brush for effective results.
● Although it is a strong acid, its main component is phosphoric acid, making it safe to touch directly with your hands.
● Removes a variety of water-related stains including soap scum, black stains, limescale, verdigris, yellowing, water stains, as well as urine stains and moss.
● When applied to rusted iron, HALT forms a phosphate film, creating a heat-resistant and rust-inhibiting paint. Painting is possible anytime after 2 days of complete drying.

Applicable Materials
● Can be used on most metals including steel, copper, brass, alloys, galvanized pipes, chrome plating, nickel plating, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. (Cannot remove silver-only stains or rust).
● Can be used on many stone materials including granite, porcelain tiles, concrete, blocks, ceramic tiles, interlocking pavers, bathtub tiles, toilets, bricks, etc.
● For stains on washbasins, faucets, limescale on kitchen sinks, water stains on washlets, and black stains on FRP bathtub floors, soak for 10 minutes and scrub with a scouring pad. Rust on pins will disappear after soaking for 2 hours or more.

Precautions for Use
※ Before general cleaning, always test on an inconspicuous area to confirm safety regarding corrosion, discoloration, and gloss on the material.
※ Do not soak stainless steel or aluminum for more than 3 minutes. This can cause acid etching.
※ Do not use on natural marble, pearl stone, travertine, or limestone. It will cause loss of gloss.
※ When using HALT as a rust inhibitor, if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F), it will not dry, and a phosphate film cannot be formed.
※ Do not use on baked coatings.
※ For aluminum, copper, plated materials, etc. with minimal stains, discoloration will occur if left for more than 10 minutes.
