PTC Temperature Control Heater (Internal Circulation Type), Automatic Heater for Insect, Reptile, and Small Animal Habitats

Simply prepare a small enclosure, install this product, and you can manage the internal temperature of the enclosure.
* This winter version was created based on requests from customers who purchased the Peltier cooling device during the summer.

① AC100V (220V compatible) → DC12V 12.5A Power Supply Unit (with AC cord)
② PTC Heater: DC12V 100W + DC12V Fan
③ Thermal Sensor Switch (details sold separately as a single item) with DIY instructions
④ DC12V 40A Relay: JD1912 Normally Open
⑤ Wiring: 2.5 sq

■ Product Specifications
? The maximum temperature rise will vary greatly depending on the material and size of the enclosure. Please refer to Temperature Rise Tests ① and ②.
? Main specifications of the thermal sensor switch (actual adjustable range is within the heater's capacity)
　Adjustment range: -50℃ to 110℃ (temperature at which the heater turns OFF)
　Hysteresis range: 0.1℃ to 15.0℃ (how many degrees below the set temperature the heater turns ON again)
　Mode: H mode (ON when temperature rises: this product uses this mode), C mode (ON when temperature falls)

■ How to Use
? Prepare an enclosure.
? Secure the PTC heater inside the enclosure.
　The finned side is the air intake, and the radiator (metal part) side is the warm air outlet.
　Ensure sufficient space in front of the air intake and warm air outlet. Apply heat-resistant treatment if necessary.
　Secure it firmly so it does not peel off due to heat.
　Please note that the temperature immediately before the heater may be 56℃ higher than the internal temperature of the enclosure.
? Close the lid of the enclosure. Seal any gaps. Surround with insulation material as much as possible.
? Set the thermal sensor switch. Please refer to the included DIY instructions for details.

? Wiring processing is performed in Japan by qualified electricians.
