We have started an initiative to reduce waste by selling offcuts from the soap-making process as Fragments of Island Blessings.
The Botanical Handmade Facial Soap, with its vibrant marble pattern, has been a consistent bestseller since the founding of Shuri Soap. It is handmade by artisans at a soap studio in Okinawa.
During the process of shaping the soap, some end pieces inevitably break off. We didn't want to waste the pieces that our artisans painstakingly created. Thinking about how we could utilize these offcuts, we have decided to sell them as household daily-use soap.
