【Organic】 40 Mandarin Orange Leaves - Perfect for Swallowtail Butterfly Food - 21
10.00 $
Description
Our family has swallowtail butterflies emerge every year, so we know exactly what they eat.
The larva in the photo was found on a tangerine tree on June 8th of last year.
The eggs were collected on June 28th of last year.
The photo of the packaging contains approximately 20 leaves. This is double the amount.
Every year, swallowtail butterflies fly around our home. We're not sure if they're just visiting or if they're emerging from our trees, but they play without any fear. It's a paradise.
According to data from Asunaro Learning Room, a swallowtail butterfly larva eats approximately 32 tangerine leaves from its first to fifth instar stages. Specifically, it eats 0.06 leaves as a first instar larva, 0.2 leaves as a second instar, 0.7 leaves as a third instar, 3.6 leaves as a fourth instar, and 26.8 leaves as a fifth instar.
We will carefully select and ship beautiful leaves.
