This is likely an old souvenir from Shanghai, China, brought back by my parents around 1965 (Showa 40).
Anchor kerosene LAMP
Height: 21.0 cm, Diameter (including handle): approx. 12 cm.
This is an oil-burning type of lamp.
It is unused, so it will be shipped with the box wrapped in bubble wrap ( ???).
