These are flat baking sheets with slits designed to maximize the effectiveness of convection ovens.

The photos and prices shown are for the Toshiba Ishigama Dome ER-XD7000 with a thickness of 2.3mm.
The slits for convection are based on standard slits.

【Tips for Determining Size and Measuring】
① Accurately measure the width and depth of your oven's interior with a measuring tape.
② Decide on your custom size.
If you order a size that is too exact, the baking sheet may not fit into the oven.
● Width: Please specify 1-2mm smaller than the maximum width that can rest on the oven rack.
● Depth: We recommend making it about 10mm smaller. This will help prevent the convection airflow inside the oven from being blocked. With the slits, you don't need to worry too much about this.
③ Once you have decided on the order size, create a model out of cardboard or thick paper and test fit it inside your oven.


*Acid-washed plate (Iron 2.3mm)
After use, please dry the sheet and store it with a thin coat of oil.
Rust may occur if water droplets remain on the surface.
