Ant Farm Case, Plaster Nest, Ant Nest Observation

This is a handmade item. As it is a hobbyist's personal creation, there may be minor scratches from the manufacturing process. Please only purchase if you understand this. Ant specimens are not included. During production, the plaster was handled without bare hands and no molds were used, so no oils or release agents were used. Some air bubbles have been removed and edges have been chamfered (all listed dimensions are approximate).

Plastic case: 3mm thickness

Chamber: The larger chamber is approximately 78mm at its widest, 17mm in height, and 27mm in depth.
Passageway: Secured at 6mm or more. It's a three-dimensional passageway designed for easy transport of large food items or cocoons.
Front: Double lid with a 3mm thick acrylic plate as an inner lid, secured with a set of 6M stainless steel bolts (10mm tool) that will not rust. The pressure is distributed with 16mm washers on both sides, but please be careful when tightening with tools as it is a fragile item. It is designed for easy tightening from one side (nut side).
Feeding area: 90mm cube (height, width, depth). Can be installed on either the left or right side, with the top opening fully or partially. The feeding platform is the same size and can also be used as a small item container.
Passageway opening: 9.8mm for the feeding area and 9.5mm for the nest side, allowing for easy attachment and detachment of tubes without touching them.
The plaster part on the chamber side is two-tiered, 10mm and 8mm, so the tube will not penetrate into the chamber.
Tubes: Outer diameter 10mm, inner diameter 8mm. The diagonally cut end should face the feeding area. Two long tubes for feeding, two short tubes for plugging.
Watering port: A 6mm hole is drilled almost to the center of the nest for watering. The outer case has a 4mm hole where a syringe can be inserted and left in place as a holder and plug.
For shipping, the nuts are tightened firmly to prevent movement.
Disassembly: ① Remove the tubes. ② Place the front down and lift off the outer plastic case. ③ Turn it upside down and finally loosen the nuts to remove the lid and acrylic plate. (When assembling, align the mark on the acrylic plate with the top left hole.)
Accessories: 3cc syringe (x1), feeding dish (x2), 2cm tube with outer diameter 8mm and inner diameter 6mm (x2, for connecting 10mm tubes, etc.), end caps for 10mm tubes (x4), 40cm tube for 10mm.
